Little Movers sessions in your nursery or preschool.

Little Movers has structured a creative movement and dance programme suitable for nurseries and preschools for 2 to 5 year olds. We have structured the sessions to complement the Early Years Foundation Stage. The EYFS has been set by the government in the UK which sets standards for the learning and development of children from birth to 5.

During the sessions we cover the most essential of the 7 recommended guidelines for the child’s healthy development and future learning. Click HERE to download more information.

Why choose Little Movers for your nursery or preschool?

Little Movers places focus on all areas of development, through the use of fun, interactive, energetic activities and games. The children will learn essential skills through play. Improving on-task behaviour and reducing classroom management challenges are among the most obvious benefits of adding creative movement and dance class activities to your schedule and teaching toolkit. Senses will be stimulated, energy will be positively channeled. We work on enhancing and developing the children’s gross motor skills, language skills and imagination.

We can travel to your nursery or preschool on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis…

We also offer a specific number of sessions plus a follow up session for the teacher*

The above sessions are examples of how Little Movers could work within your setting and can be adapted to meet the needs of your institution, we can also visit as a one off to celebrate a special theme or event; Easter, Christmas, Dances from around the world…please get in touch for any special requests…we look forward to hearing from you!
